The YEAR that WASN'T what WAS PROMISED!!!!!

This year (2010) comes to an end in exactly 37 hours and 11 minutes from the tie that I typed this first line.
Could I have done more, YES, could I have made a larger difference, YES, Was I given a chance to do so......NO!

This might sound to some as an excuse or a cop out; to say that I wasn't given a chance.  The fact is that many were not given a chance because our voices or efforts were squashed by unforeseen, unexpected, or sudden events that derailed the effort put forward.  does it mean that WE quit, NO!  I, for one, am not a quitter in any manner.  My persistence precedes me and my tenacity endures me.
I will say that one of the big differences in the path that was blocked was selfishness.

Selfishness as described is....SELFISH....
Mariam Webster Dictionary:

Definition of SELFISH

3

Realism of a Federal Republic vs. Democratic Socialistic Views (A word From Karl Marx) LOL

Human existence as we know it could disappear and the environment and animals would do just fine; adaptation is a concept that needs to be learned by these socialists.  The people of the United States need to be more attentive and respond to attacks on our freedoms and liberties, whether the attack is from an adjacent state on our continent or a state on the other side of the World on another continent.  We should be more aware of our responsibilities than our rights in most cases.

We as Americans are separate citizens by state, but we are also united as one under the federal constitution, as such we need to be more vocal about attacks on each state as on the whole.  Most of the shows of aggression have been tolerated by our complacency, as a free people, freedom is not to be comforted under the blanket of our own little fraction of the United States.  Freedom is an endless endeavor.  Most attacks on our nation, The United States, have been mostly brushed off because they come from the Liberal or the morally unimportant states, but beware if it happens in one it happens in all.  (Misery loves company) It is interesting to note that a lot of Americans in their own little compartmentalized communities don’t really care until one of these undetected political or material missiles is launched upon them, what the citizens of the United States have to realize is that if it happens to one it happens to all.  We are all, each and every one of us, in this together.

Chapter 2 – Public Opinion vs. The Federal Government

The Federal government is not a hereditary monarchy, possessing the crown, as a patrimony descendible to heirs but is a vast array of public officers that as you have seen are elected by a populous vote.  The only branch of government that is elected through an electoral college of representative votes from each state is the Presidency.  The reason for this is to uphold the less populated states rights to be heard in the voting process.  If it were left to a populous vote or a majority rule favors or bribery would be more prevalent for the vote.

Hamilton wrote in essay 9:

“It is impossible to read the history of the petty republics of Greece and Italy without feeling sensations of horror and disgust at the distractions with which they were continually agitated, and at the rapid succession of revolutions by which they were kept in a state of perpetual vibration between the extremes of tyranny and anarchy.”

Public Opinion vs. Federal Government – A Dissertation for the politically challenged

IF THEY SAY ITS PUBLIC OPINION, BEWARE.  PUBLIC OPINION IS SIMPLY WHAT EVERYBODY THINKS EVERYBODY ELSE THINKS.

To say that public opinion and the federal government are enemies is absurd, but to say that they are bedfellows is equally absurd.  So where do they stand?  Our U S Constitution was devised precisely to stand against and frustrate the efforts of those that would have an ambition to rise up a factious regime and poison the mix of our government either by using public opinion as a tool for propaganda, or by cogency.
Individual states are responsible for matters and concerns to its individual citizens.  In theory, States (the public) are central governments for their boundaries that include counties and cities.  Citizens of states inside the United States of America are free to move to whichever or whatever state is in their best interest.  This is why many companies and persons choose to move to another state that may have more favorable laws for their way of life.

Separation of powers is one of the quintessential and Christian influenced principles of the United States Federal form of government is generally accredited to Baron de Montesquieu, whose “The Spirit of the Laws” (1748) was highly regarded by the writers and framers of the U S Constitution, basically Montesquieu contended like () that absolute power corrupts absolutely and that those entrusted with power tend to abuse it, thus the concept of “checks and balances” was first conceived.

From Essay 9 Hamilton wrote:

“The utility of a Confederacy, as well to suppress faction and to guard the internal tranquillity of States, as to increase their external force and security, is in reality not a new idea.  It has been practiced upon in different countries and ages, and has received the sanction of the most approved writers on the subject of politics.  The opponents of the plan proposed have, with great assiduity, cited and circulated the observations of Montesquieu on the necessity of a contracted territory for a republican government.  But they seem not to have been apprised of the sentiments of that great man expressed in another part of his work, nor to have adverted to the consequences of the principle to which they subscribe with such ready acquiescence.

Why our Country is what it is.......

Federalism vs. Democracy

The United States of America is different and separate from any nation on the face of the Earth; no matter who we have as our leader as President the rules have been predestine by our US Constitution.  Power has been given to our central government to ensure that the individual states are protected in foreign matters, such as, treaties and Declarations of Wars, also the Defense of all states through military or Economic issues, and the distribution of Cash.

The Constitution is the law that has enabled the United States of America to avoid many catastrophes.

The origins of Democracy

Democracy is a form of government that translates literally from the Greek words demos (“the People”) and Kratia (“rule”), thus democracy means “People Rule”.

The Greeks first developed democracies in the 6th century.  In 600 B.C., almost 2500 years ago Greek leadership arrived at a political philosophy that would allow all citizens the right on a political view to be heard.  In Greece all citizens could vote – this is great “you think?”  Here is the “But”, citizens did not include, I repeat, did not include minors (those under the age of consent), women (all women), and Slaves; any color or gender and in those days, if you owed anybody anything you were a slave, as to be “in Debt” meant to give up your citizenship.  So, all of you with credit cards, or car loans, and mortgages are slaves under the Greek system of Democracy, and, as such would not be able to be heard politically.  For the most part these non-citizens made up ninety percent (90%) of the population, which meant that Greece was ruled by only ten percent (10%) of the population.  By percentage for the most part the same still holds today in many countries that are democratic by nature in the world.

Initial Post and Reason

Today we have seen an influx of misinformation and idiocy that has led millions astray.  This misinformation is not only creating mindnumb people, but advancing the notion that it is OK to think what you want and say what you want.
Take twitter for instance.  This is the most stupid waste of time and yet people follow the every thought of an individual, whether they are reputable or not.  Remember the Henny Penny story?  "The sky is falling...."
In the next, as long as it takes, I will post general information stories and create a library of most notable problems that face America.  These posts will range from anything to anything and boggle the mind of those that think they know and enlighten those that don't care to know.  Anything is and can be the topic of the day and will strike at the heart of what is really under the surface; imagine the duck and its churning feet, yet they look so calm above.

Thought provoking and educational, I will go through the story and review the connection to what it has to do with your life and the probability of the implications (repercussions) that it will have on your life.

Sometimes it may seem mundane, but will always be provocative.

I will tackle the illustrious in media and politics, like, Rush Limbaugh, Glen Beck, Nancy Pelosi, Barry (POTUS) Obama, George Soros, Michael Savage, All Coaches in Sports (Saban, Carroll, The Kelly's, and all conferences and divisions), and all entertainers, athletes, and film stars.  I will bring the answers to your questions of why and what it has to do with it all.
I will especially deal with the media and its under-reporting, or should I say, non-reporting of valuable stories that should be national, but get shoved to the side, most demonstrative is the GREAT stories that are set aside for trivial and meaningless ones to paint a picture the way that the media wants to.

Should we be treated the way that we are and put up with what we have been?  I say NO, emphatically NO, NO, NO!!!
My next post will be about our Government and how it is.

Thank Me:)
